Each will sleep 6 guests.

QUEENS GATE NORTH CHECK OUT PROCEDURES PLEASE NOTE THAT CHECK OUT IS AT 10 A.M. UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE OFFICE HAVE BEEN MADE 1. Please place any re-arranged furniture back to its original position including beach and pool equipment. 2. Bag all trash and place in appropriate containers in fenced in area adjacent to the driveway. Note: Trash days in Holmes Beach is Tuesday and Friday morning. Please take trash bins to the end of the driveway and return them to their proper area by the end of the same pick up day. 3. Check all windows and doors to be sure they are securely locked. 4. Set A/C thermostat to 80 degrees or heat to 68 degrees. 5. Turn off all lights, ceiling fans and electronic equipment. 6. Return keys to Queens Gate Resort – 1101 Gulf Drive North, Bradenton Beach, FL 34217 7. If check out occurs before 10a.m., please leave keys in the unit and lock the door upon exit.
