A 3 day minimum stay is required for all Holidays. Cancellations on Holidays are not refundable under any circumstances. Weekend rates are $10.00 extra per day. There is a 2 night minimum on Friday and Saturday. Reservations for 1 night stays must be paid in full upon reservation.
Cancellations require a 30 day notice. If cancellation is outside of 30 days, deposits will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee per room. There are no refunds for early departure or late arrival. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
Check in is at 4 p.m. and check out is at 10:00 a.m. Our office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Check ins after 6 p.m. must contact the office prior to 6 p.m. on the day of the reservation. Small pets are permitted in the efficiencies. Larger pets are permitted in the Cottages and the House with prior agreement. There is a one time $50 pet fee per pet. Smoking is not allowed in any room. There are designated smoking areas. Smoking in the rooms will result in a $100 charge.
