3 day minimum stay is required for all Holidays. Cancellations on
Holidays are not refundable under any circumstances. Weekend
rates are $10.00 extra per day. There is a 2 night minimum on
Friday and Saturday. Reservations for 1 night stays must be paid
in full upon reservation.

deposits will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee per room.
There are no refunds for early departure or late arrival.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.

from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Check ins after 6 p.m. must contact
the office prior to 6 p.m. on the day of the reservation. Small
pets are permitted in the efficiencies. There is a $50 pet fee
per pet 15 lbs. and under. Larger pets are permitted (over 15
lbs) in the Cottages and the House with prior agreement and a
nonrefundable per pet fee of $100.00. Smoking is not allowed in
any room. There are designated smoking areas. Smoking in the
rooms will result in a $100 charge. Payments may be made with:
MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MONEY ORDER or CASH.
