Check in is at 3 p.m. and check out is at 10:00 a.m. Our office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
Check ins after 6 p.m. must contact the office prior to 5 p.m. on the day of the reservation.
Cancellations on Holidays are not refundable. Cancellations require a 30 day notice. If cancellation is outside of 30 days, deposits will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee per room. There are no refunds for early departure or late arrival. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. There is a 2 night minimum on Friday and Saturday. Reservations for 1 night stays during the week must be paid in full upon reservation.
Small pets are permitted in the studios/efficiencies. There is a $150.00 pet fee per pet 25 lbs. and under. Larger pets are permitted (over 25 lbs) in the Cottages and the House with prior agreement and a nonrefundable per pet fee of $250.00. Smoking is not allowed in any room. There are designated smoking areas. Smoking in the rooms will result in a $500 charge.
